Here in the Pacific Northwest, our young trick-or-treaters are often surprised with cold weather and sometimes rain on Halloween Night. This Stitch Witch Hat will keep the young and the old toasty warm this All Hallows’ Eve.
***Strong fingers are needed for this project. PolarKnit™ Chunky weight yarn is usually knit on a 8mm (US 11) needle. This witch hat is knit very tight using 4.5mm (US 7) needles to ensure that the hat brim and point stand up on its own without the need of a cardboard support beneath.
